The Kent Institute of Medicine and Surgery (KIMS Hospital)
KIMS is the newest private hospital in Kent and the largest outside London in the South East with almost 100 beds. It is the only private hospital equipped with ITU (intensive care unit) in the County and so is able to undertake highly complex and major surgeries including undertaking the first open heart surgeries in Kent. I have been involved with the project from it’s beginnings and am currently Chairman of the Medical Board.
The excellent facilities available offer me increased scope to undertake new treatments such as vertebroplasty and to develop existing techniques such as adding complex image guidance to endoscopic approaches for day case discectomy.
I now practice mainly from KIMS in Kent.
